• Conflicts of interest
• Criminal activities

How is the whistleblower handled?
• All matters are received and assessed for investigation or forwarding, e.g., to a safety delegate.
• The whistleblower is protected against retaliation when reporting suspected serious misconduct.
• Feedback is provided if desired, while maintaining anonymity towards the company.
• Reports are documented, preserved, and cleared in accordance with whistleblower laws.
