How we handle

CYBERSECURITY AND VULNERABILITY
REPORTING

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

InterSystem AB develops and supplies automated systems for material handling, conveying and palletising. We work to maintain an appropriate level of cybersecurity in the products and systems with digital elements that we supply.

Report a security vulnerability

If you discover or suspect a cybersecurity vulnerability in a product or system supplied by InterSystem, please contact us at:

E-post: security@intersystem.se

To help us assess the report efficiently, please include, where possible:
• the affected product, machine or installation and a project, order or other reference
• the affected component, software or firmware and version
• a clear description of the vulnerability or event and how it was observed
• the potential impact as you understand it
• whether there are indications that the vulnerability has been exploited
• your contact details so that we can follow up if needed

Please do not send passwords, credentials or unnecessary sensitive customer information in the initial report. If sensitive material needs to be shared, we will agree on an appropriate secure transfer method where necessary.

How we handle reports

InterSystem records and assesses incoming reports. Where relevant, we coordinate investigation and remediation with the affected customer, component supplier or other party. Remediation may include a security update, configuration change, temporary mitigation or other customer guidance.

Coordinated vulnerability disclosure

We appreciate responsible reporting of security issues and ask reporters to:
• avoid testing that could endanger personal safety, machine safety, availability or production
• avoid accessing, modifying or deleting data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue
• avoid social engineering, physical intrusion or other activity outside the technical vulnerability
• allow InterSystem reasonable time to assess and address the issue before details are disclosed publicly

We aim to maintain a factual and coordinated dialogue with vulnerability reporters and will provide status information or request additional information where relevant.

This page does not authorise testing of InterSystem or customer systems. Testing requires the explicit permission of the system owner.

Security updates and support

For information about security updates and support for a specific delivery, please contact us and include the project, order or machine reference. Affected users receive relevant information about identified security issues and available updates or mitigating measures.
